Made Just for You
All items are made to order, meaning once you click “buy,” your item is created, packed, and shipped just for you. It helps reduce waste and gives each product a little extra love (and time).

Processing Time
Please allow 2–5 business days for processing and production before shipping. Sometimes it’s faster, sometimes it’s fashionably late, but we’ll always keep you in the loop.

Shipping Times

U.S. orders: 3–7 business days (after production)

International orders: 7–21 business days (depending on location and customs)

We wish we could hand-deliver every package, but once your order is in the hands of the carrier, we’re all at their mercy. Tracking info will be provided when your order ships.

Shipping Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service. Occasionally, we offer free shipping promos, follow us on Instagram to catch them.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order seems to have wandered off, email us at shopluckyadjacent@gmail.com within 30 days of the shipping date. We’ll do what we can to help track it down or make it right.

Delivery Issues
Wrong address? Stuck in transit? If your order gets returned to us due to an address issue, we’ll happily reship it (but you’ll need to cover the re-shipping cost).
